Delete your Haven data

You can request deletion of your Haven account identifier and associated cloud game data.

What we may ask for

We may ask for limited information needed to locate the correct game record and verify that the request relates to you. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

What is deleted

After a verified request, we will delete or de-identify eligible account identifiers and associated cloud-save/progression data. Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable law and any required verification.
